D365FO Solution Architect Role//Remote (within Europe)

Role: Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect

Location: Europe-based (remote/hybrid with travel as required)
Work authorization in the UK or EU required

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Solution Architect to join an international Microsoft partner, working on global ERP transformation projects across sectors such as Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Professional Services.

This role involves ensuring solution integrity for enterprise-scale D365 F&O implementations, leading consultant teams, and advising clients on optimal business system design. The position also includes involvement in presales engagements and contributing to internal best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure end-to-end solution integrity across D365 F&O implementations
• Lead and mentor teams of functional consultants
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, future-ready solutions
• Support presales diagnostics, scoping, and proposal development
• Engage with stakeholders across multiple levels and business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, IT, and technical teams
• Contribute to the development of methodologies and reusable assets

Key Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of ERP consulting experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations
• Strong functional knowledge across key D365 F&O modules
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, and data automation tools
• Ability to lead solution design workshops and oversee architecture decisions
• Excellent documentation and client-facing communication skills
• Must have worked on international projects
• Willingness to travel as needed for project delivery
