D365 SCM Consultant

Our client a well-established transport organization headquartered in South Holland, with over 35 years of experience in regional and cross-border freight services in over 10 countries, is looking for a D365FO SCM Consultant to assist with their Microsoft Dynamics Implementation. This role offers the opportunity to be a part of a multi-national D365FO project whilst gaining invaluable experience working with individuals across Europe.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Lead the SCM workstream in the D365FO implementation, focused on transport and logistics
• Analyze and optimize transport logistics processes within D365FO
• Configure and implement key SCM modules: Inventory, Warehouse, Transportation, Procurement, and Master Planning
• Develop integrations with fleet systems, route planning tools, and 3PL platforms
• Address process gaps in areas like freight handling, load building, and depot/return logistics
• Support data migration, UAT, and end-user training

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012) with strong focus on Supply Chain Management
• Demonstrated experience in at least 1 full-cycle D365FO SCM implementation
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes, with specialization in transport and logistics
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage
• EU work authorization required
