Job Description

Are you ready to lead the next phase of growth for one of the UK's most established Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultancies?

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling a high-performing Managed Services function. You'll play a critical role in delivering high-value post-implementation services, driving operational excellence, and building long-term customer success across a growing portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform clients.

Your Impact

  • Define and deliver the vision for the Managed Services division, aligned with wider business strategy.
  • Develop and grow a robust annuity revenue stream through new services and commercial models.
  • Lead the transformation of service operations from reactive support to proactive, high-touch delivery.
  • Champion a customer-first approach that prioritises satisfaction, retention and long-term value.
  • Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team across support, consultancy and service desk functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Managed Services growth strategy, operations, and delivery performance.
  • Oversee SLAs, case resolution, customer satisfaction and service improvement metrics.
  • Launch and optimise service lines such as proactive monitoring and continuous enhancement offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Practice Leads to position Managed Services as a key business value proposition.
  • Represent service performance in monthly executive reviews.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership of Managed Services or IT Service operations in a consultancy or MSP.
  • Experience creating and scaling managed service offerings, with a strong track record of annuity revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, BC) and modern Microsoft business applications.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM tools and frameworks (e.g. ITIL).
  • Commercial acumen and a data-led, customer-centric mindset.
