The successful candidate will lead the delivery of our Dynamics solutions within Kerv Digital and be accountable for both the functional and technical delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics solutions with a focus on alignment to good practice. They will ensure the project teams they work with are aligned to this good practice.

In addition, they will be a champion for adoption of good practice functional and technical delivery using the Microsoft Dynamics platform tools, driving the adoption of new features and companion technologies where appropriate within our clients.

Key Tasks
  • Exceptional understanding of technical capabilities of Dynamics and its partner solutions, with a firm grounding in both
  • Lead the design and development of good practice business and technical processes that will enhance our clients Dynamics experience, giving Kerv unique capabilities and reusable assets.
  • Effectively promote both the technical capabilities of Dynamics and its partner technologies within Inciper and to our clients ensuring further understanding throughout the business
  • Work with the sales team to plan and deliver an exceptional sales experience and ensure our sales promises can be met through delivery.
  • Provide input and insight to Inciper delivery methods to allow us to continually improve them
  • Define functional and technical training needs within the team and coach team members
  • Identify functional and technical capability development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered.
  • Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary
  • Excellent skills and appropriate certification across both the functional and technical capabilities of Dynamics and its supporting technologies (MB-700, MB-310, MB-320, MB-330, MB-200, MB-300, MB-400, MB-500) advantageous
  • Good understanding and capability to deliver Power Platform components (PL-100, PL-400, MB-600) an advantage
  • Good understanding of data, analytics, and capability to deliver (DA-100) an advantage.
  • Able to advocate and demonstrate the tools and techniques used to operate and enhance Dynamics to potential clients.
  • Leading a project delivery team, providing mentorship, and ensuring professional development and effective delivery
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Business process mapping, modelling, and documentation knowledge
  • Adept at Business Requirement Analysis with a focus on championing process change over development to simplify delivery
  • 10+ Years in ERP delivery with at least 5 specifics to Dynamics
  • Record of accomplishment of delivering out of the box, ISV (Independent Software Vendors) and extension solutions in a Microsoft Dynamics deployment
  • Experience with Dynamics implementation in a Lead Design role
  • Experience of global deployments and support of Dynamics
  • Experience of Microsoft SureStep and Agile delivery methods
