Dynamics 365 Admin Developer

Rate
£580 per day, Inside IR35

Location
London, Hybrid, one day per week on site, Friday

Contract
Initial 6 months with likely extension

Job Summary
An experienced Dynamics 365 Admin Developer is required to support, enhance, and optimise an enterprise CRM platform. The role covers hands on administration, development, customisation, and integration of Dynamics 365, working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and security

  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and business rules

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations with internal and external systems

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions

  • Develop and manage web resources and custom components

  • Design and implement APIs using NodeJS within Azure environments

  • Manage Back End data and integrations using MS SQL Server

  • Extend CRM functionality using Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI features

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements

  • Work within Agile delivery, participating in sprints, stand ups, and ceremonies

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience administering and developing Dynamics 365

  • Hands on experience with Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration

  • Experience building workflows, plugins, and integrations

  • Solid experience with Azure services and NodeJS

  • Strong MS SQL Server skills

  • Experience using Power Platform and Power BI

  • Agile delivery experience

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable Experience

  • Public sector or local government experience

  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with multiple enterprise systems

  • Exposure to Microsoft AI or Copilot features
