Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud)

We're supporting an organisation undergoing a major CRM transformation, scaling up the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as part of a strategic programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across multiple business functions

  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical and functional documentation

  • Partner with delivery teams and third-party vendors to ensure effective CRM configuration and data integration

  • Facilitate workshops and engage users and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

  • Map current and future-state business processes, identifying data and system dependencies

  • Contribute to planning, testing, and realisation of business benefits

  • Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations (preferably cloud-based)

  • Experience working within regulated or structured environments such as housing or similar sectors

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to operate effectively in dynamic project environments with shifting priorities

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving scopes

  • Proven experience working with external vendors and supporting system integration
