Business Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud)
We're supporting an organisation undergoing a major CRM transformation, scaling up the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as part of a strategic programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM across multiple business functions
Gather and translate business requirements into clear technical and functional documentation
Partner with delivery teams and third-party vendors to ensure effective CRM configuration and data integration
Facilitate workshops and engage users and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Map current and future-state business processes, identifying data and system dependencies
Contribute to planning, testing, and realisation of business benefits
Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams
Required Experience:
Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations (preferably cloud-based)
Experience working within regulated or structured environments such as housing or similar sectors
Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to operate effectively in dynamic project environments with shifting priorities
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving scopes
Proven experience working with external vendors and supporting system integration
