Role: D365 ConfiguratorLocation: LondonSalary: £50,000Days of the week in the office: 1-2 days

My client is looking for a D365 configurator to join their team This is a key role sitting between business and technology ensuring Dynamics 365 is configured to support marketing, membership, and operational teams effectively.

Experience/responsibilities:

  • Configure out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality to meet business needs
  • Translate business requirements into scalable CRM configurations
  • Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Support backlog refinement and solution design
  • Recommend improvements based on Dynamics best practice
  • Ensure CRM processes align with marketing and member lifecycle workflows
