D365 CE & Project Ops Developer

SystemsAccountants are working with a global business who are mid-flight of adopting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O alongside Project Operations who are seeking a highly skilled Project & Operations Lead to drive the continuous improvement of Project & Op's.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of Microsoft D365 Project Operations, ensuring solutions align with business needs
• Design and implement integrations between D365 Project Operations and other enterprise applications
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Project Operations and related modules
• Stay updated on Microsoft's roadmap for D365 Project Operations and advise on new capabilities and improvements
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in D365 development, with a focus on Project Operations
• Expertise in X , Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure services
• Strong knowledge of project-based business processes, resource planning, and financial management within D365
• Experience integrating D365 with external applications using OData, REST APIs, and Azure Logic Apps
• Proficiency in SQL Server, SSRS, and Dataverse (Common Data Service)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Microsoft certifications in D365 or related technologies (preferred)
