Job Description
D365 BC Developer - Team Lead - £90k

We are seeking an experienced BC Developer to lead and manage a development team while remaining hands on with delivery. This role combines technical expertise, people management, and project leadership to ensure the successful delivery of high quality D365 Business Central solutions aligned with business and client objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Central developers, driving performance, utilisation, and professional development
  • Provide hands on technical leadership across D365 Business Central development, architecture, and best practices
  • Oversee end to end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and business goals are met
  • Manage development resources, identifying risks, constraints, and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment
  • Ensure strong documentation, knowledge sharing, and adherence to development standards
  • Manage development budgets and support cost effective delivery
Experience
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and managing development projects
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (development, customisation, integrations)
  • In depth knowledge of AL language and Business Central best practices
  • Experience with API integrations, web services, and data migration
  • Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong project management, prioritisation, and delivery skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration abilities
Salary

Upto £90,000 per annum
