CYP Co-Ordinator: Lead & Enable Sessions

Midland Mencap is seeking a CYP Co Ordinator for Coventry to lead sessions, manage staff rotas and ensure high standards of safeguarding for children and young people with complex needs.

You will work across Warwickshire and West Midlands services, coordinating with colleagues and partner agencies, while delivering person-centred plans and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role includes weekend work and school holiday cover.
