Cycling Store Supervisor: Lead, Sell & Inspire

JE James Cycles is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales within our Sheffield area. You will support and motivate the team, take responsibility for the shop floor and day-to-day store operations, and help the team meet sales targets.

As a confident communicator with a passion for bikes, you will recommend bikes and accessories, maintain merchandising standards, assist with basic bike builds, and stay up-to-date with cycling tech.
