I did the one day training online, the trainer was very thorough and informative, it was definitely 'information overload' and a lot to take in for one day, but worth it as you are focused and concentrated on the course during the day.

During the Foundation course I received an abundance of knowledge on cyber security threats, governance behind cyber security and cloud computing. Would 100% recommend for anyone trying to get a base understanding of cyber security to grow from.
