Cyber Security Communications Manager

On behalf of a public sector organisation we are seeking a security cleared Digital Communication Manager/Cyber Communications Lead to help drive behavioural change and cyber security awareness.

What the role involves
You will lead the organisation's cyber security communications and engagement programme, including:

• Creating engaging cyber security content and training materials
• Managing the cyber security campaign calendar and monthly awareness campaigns
• Developing key messages, visual identity and narrative style aligned to the organisation's branding
• Designing and producing digital, print and web-based campaign materials
• Running cyber security induction sessions for new starters and managers
• Booking and promoting monthly cyber security speakers
• Working with technical and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and impact
• Measuring, evaluating and reporting on campaign effectiveness
• Coaching and supporting junior team members

Key criteria:

• Strong background in cyber security communications in a regulated or financial services environment
• Ability to explain technical cyber topics clearly to non-technical audiences
• Excellent writing, content creation and attention to detail
• Campaign management and evaluation experience
• Strong project management skills
• Graphic, print and web design skills
• Qualifications in Communications, Behavioural Change or similar
• IT or Cyber qualification (eg CompTIA Security+, CISM)
