Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Launch Readiness/Releases Specialist to ensure successful project outcomes and enhance customer satisfaction. You will coordinate product launches and events across teams, develop readiness processes, manage documentation, support content creation, and analyze post-launch feedback for continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Communications, Marketing, and other teams to gather and translate launch-impacting details into effective resources and risk assessments.
  • Understand and represent the customer experience for each launch.
  • Capture detailed meeting notes and follow-up actions to ensure clear communication.
  • Create training materials with the Instructional Design team for customer support agents, focusing on product knowledge and customer handling skills.
  • Implement quality assessments through call monitoring and feedback analysis to improve support performance.
  • Monitor customer journeys, identify areas for improvement, and support innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in CX, customer support operations, or similar, preferably in digital/online services.
  • Proven experience in launch readiness and project management.
  • Ability to deliver training via various channels, including virtual tools.
  • Leadership skills to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adaptability to shifting demands and tight deadlines.
  • Experience in developing training and quality programs.

Additional Details

This role follows a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work as per company policy and managerial agreement. WBD reserves the right to modify this arrangement based on business needs.
