About the Role:As a Cutting Room Operative, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, ensuring that materials are prepared with precision and care. Your role is vital in maintaining the quality and safety of our healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cutting machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to production specifications
  • Follow work instructions and job sheets accurately
  • Conduct routine machine checks and promptly report any issues
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with production colleagues to meet daily targets
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and health & safety procedures

About You:We're looking for someone who is:

  • Detail-oriented: You work with accuracy and care

  • Previous Experience: While experience in a manufacturing or cutting-room environment is beneficial, it's not essential-full training will be provided!
