At Costa Coffee, we are what we craft. We're reimagining coffee experiences in over 50 countries and counting, as a key part of the Coca Cola System. Whether you get your coffee in a store, from a machine, at home, or on the go - we've got you covered.

Overview

This role ensures that Costa's import and export activities run smoothly and compliantly by managing customs documentation, border processes, and international freight movements. You'll coordinate shipments across the UK and EU, optimise transport flows, and maintain the highest standards of customs accuracy and operational efficiency.

As a Customs & Freight Analyst, there's never been a better time to join.

Responsibilities
  • Managing UK export and EU import customs clearances, ensuring goods pre clear and cross borders without delay.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating commercial and customs documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Scheduling, booking, and monitoring transport flows across the UK, Poland, Germany and the EU, resolving "in flight" issues.
  • Liaising with brokers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent, compliant processes and smooth border operations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customs compliance, documentation accuracy and freight operations.
Who you are
  • An expert (or developing expert) in customs, freight, or international trade, with experience in a similar environment.
  • Detail focused with strong analytical ability and confidence working with documentation, data and legal/technical references.
  • A clear communicator who builds collaborative relationships with internal teams, brokers and logistics partners.
  • Highly organised, methodical and able to work on your own initiative with cognitive and learning agility.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast paced, operational environment and can react quickly to changing circumstances.
