Customer Team Leader: Shop Floor Lead & Community Champion

Co-op Digital seeks a Customer Team Leader in Ebbsfleet to oversee a small store team, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering essential services to the community. You may work in the post office or bakery and support online services and home delivery drivers.

You'll motivate staff, manage shifts, stock shelves, support merchandising and HR processes, and champion Co-op membership through community engagement. Flexible weekend shifts and full training are provided.
