Customer Team Leader: Lead Store Ops & Community Impact

Co-op Hereford is looking for a Customer Team Leader to run a small shift-based team in our store. You'll coach colleagues, ensure great service and smooth daily operations, including tills and merchandising.

You'll lead by example, adapt to varied shifts (including mornings, afternoons, evenings and at least one weekend shift) and help drive community engagement and Co-op membership growth.
