Customer Team Leader - Store & Community Champion

The Co-operative Group in Salisbury is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a small store team across a mix of opening, closing and mid day shifts. You'll motivate staff, coach for great service, and manage daily operations on the shop floor and tills.

You'll support merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes, while championing Co op membership and community links. A rewarding role with flexibility and development opportunities.
