Customer Team Leader - Flexible Hours, Local Impact

Co-op Digital is looking for a Customer Team Leader in Harrogate to guide a small team on shift, running day to day store operations on the floor and tills, and supporting post office or bakery tasks where needed. You'll drive excellent service and contribute to community engagement.

You will lead by example, adapt to flexible hours, and help colleagues develop while growing our membership and local connections within a busy Co-op store.
