The RoleWe're looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our team and be the bridge between our innovative platform and our users. You'll help customers get the most out of Ubeya, understanding their needs and providing clear, actionable guidance.
Working Model:
Shift-based role with a mix of day and evening shifts, scheduled in advance.
Hybrid setup: some shifts in the office, others remote.
Operates Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as part of a rotation.
Enjoy flexibility within a structured schedule, every day is slightly different, keeping work interesting.
Provide technical support, quickly understanding issues and offering actionable solutions.
Conduct product training sessions for small to medium-sized businesses worldwide.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and QA teams to troubleshoot problems.
Help customers optimize their use of Ubeya, offering guidance from their perspective.
Contribute to support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
Be a visible, approachable member of the Support team, building strong relationships with customers.
Background in training, coaching, or instructional roles.
Fluent English communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Passion for technology with the ability to quickly understand and explain software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver solutions clearly.
Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working from home with trust.
Energetic, proactive, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
Comfortable working in a shift-based model, including occasional weekends.
