Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and friendly service.
• Process customer orders, update records, and maintain accurate information on internal systems.
• Respond to customer queries, resolving issues efficiently or escalating where required.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requests are dealt with promptly.
• Maintain customer accounts and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Previous experience in an office-based customer service position.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing or engineering setting would be desirable.
• Must be available immediately.
• Excellent communication skills, and phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
• Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and internal computer systems.
