What You'll Do

• Handle and support Sales Executives' requests while resolving customer issues efficiently
• Ensure all processes align with pricing guidelines, company policies, and regulations
• Verify sales information on every interaction to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage and resolve first level sales escalations
• Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution
• Deliver professional and high quality support to external customers
• Create a positive, customer friendly experience through effective communication
• Provide timely, accurate assistance while maintaining integrity and adherence to SOPs

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving ability
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Customer first mindset with a professional attitude
• Prior experience in customer support or sales support is a plus (not mandatory)
