Job Description
The Role
  • Will manage a consistent, competent and customer focused team.
  • Always prioritising customer needs ensuring clear communication for the customer.
  • Oversee day to day performance of the team.
  • Maintain compliance with defined KPI's and drive performance against key metrics.
  • Provide coaching, training and reviews.
  • Managing customer experience and resolving issues.
  • Liaising with a range of departments to do this.
The Person
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
