Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer issues with Smallworld applications
- Analyze logs and debug files to identify root causes
- Perform installation and configuration of Smallworld suite & 3rd party software
- Apply OS patches and install fixes on live customer systems
- Ensure system readiness and reliability through proactive issue handling
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer satisfaction targets
Essential Skills
- Minimum 5+ years with GE Smallworld PNI, Core SW4/SW5, EO, GDO, GTO, GSS, GSA, DM, MES, NRM, K8
- Strong in Magik, Java, VMDS, Oracle Database
- Experience with SQL, Shell Scripting, and log/debug file analysis
- System configuration and patch management skills
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Competency with MS Office and Outlook
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
