Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Address and resolve customer issues with Smallworld applications
  • Analyze logs and debug files to identify root causes
  • Perform installation and configuration of Smallworld suite & 3rd party software
  • Apply OS patches and install fixes on live customer systems
  • Ensure system readiness and reliability through proactive issue handling
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer satisfaction targets


Essential Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years with GE Smallworld PNI, Core SW4/SW5, EO, GDO, GTO, GSS, GSA, DM, MES, NRM, K8
  • Strong in Magik, Java, VMDS, Oracle Database
  • Experience with SQL, Shell Scripting, and log/debug file analysis
  • System configuration and patch management skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Competency with MS Office and Outlook
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
