Job Description

What you'll be doing:

Maintaining and developing close relationships with our long-standing and new customers.
Assisting customers with all enquiries about our products and services.
Inform & update customers on order lead-time.
Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues/queries.
Receive and process customers stock orders accurately and by agreed deadlines.
Surpassing customer expectations on quality and service levels.
