Customer Support Coordinator - Frontline Helpdesk

Arcus FM in Redditch is recruiting a Customer Support Coordinator on a permanent basis. You'll be the first point of contact for stores needing assistance, handling reactive calls, creating Work Orders and chasing Engineers to provide updates.

The role offers a rotating 40-hour week (Mon - Fri 06:00-14:00 / 12:00-20:00) with every other weekend and staggered days off when weekends are worked, plus apprenticeship progression opportunities.
