Customer Support Coordinator - First Contact (Rotating)

Arcus FM is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our Redditch site on a permanent basis, working on a rotating 24hrs/week schedule. You will be the first point of contact for stores needing assistance, handling reactive calls, creating Work Orders, and coordinating with engineers to provide timely updates.

The role requires a confident phone manner and the ability to convey difficult news with empathy.
