Job Description

Role: Customer Support Agent

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 Per Annum

Location: Sheffield

Hours: 09:00 - 17:00

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, Office Based

The role:

We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries efficiently, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is a positive one.

This isn't just a call-handling role - you'll be building relationships, problem-solving, and representing the brand with professionalism.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Investigating and resolving issues with speed and accuracy
  • Logging interactions and maintaining up-to-date records
  • Providing guidance and information to customers in a clear, supportive way
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
What we're looking for:
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport
  • Problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Team player with a proactive approach
  • Previous experience in a customer support or service role is desirable but not essential
