What you'll be doingYou'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat. You'll help users with:
- Registration and scheduling
- Assessment delivery and results
- Documentation and exam procedures
- General queries that need clarity and reassurance
You'll log everything accurately, follow process properly and escalate when needed. It's structured, fast paced and highly organised.
The hours (important - please read)45 hours per week
On site in Belfast, 5 days per week
April-June: full flexibility required between 8am-8pm, Monday-Sunday (peak period)
Other months: typically 8am-5pm
If you need fixed hours or can't commit to peak flexibility, this won't be the right fit.
