Customer Success Team Lead: Growth & Retention

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking an experienced Customer Success Team Lead to build and develop a high-performing team across the Associate, Trad, PMR and Investor Solutions verticals.

You will coach and develop Customer Success Managers, own team performance, and implement scalable processes to improve adoption, retention, GRR and NRR. A hands-on leader, you'll work with Account Management, Sales, Product and Marketing to raise the standard of customer value.
