Customer Success Manager UK & Nordics - Growth & Retention

Emplifi, a CX platform, is seeking a Customer Success Manager in London. You will sustain positive client relationships, manage renewals, drive product adoption, and identify expansion opportunities within a defined book of business.

You will own onboarding, monitor usage with CRM and Gainsight, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Sales to support upsells. 3-5 years in customer success and strong communication are required.
