Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager, your mission is to ensure hospitality companies achieve maximum value from our platform while building strong, long-lasting partnerships. You'll act as their trusted advisor, proactively engaging to drive adoption, upsell opportunities, and retention.
Product & Market Knowledge
  • Build deep expertise in our product suite, competitors, and pricing.
  • Deliver demos of additional features and payment solutions, highlighting their value.
  • Spot upsell opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on tailored expansion strategies.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking hoteliers.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand goals, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to track satisfaction and performance.
  • Provide training and resources to help hoteliers maximize product usage.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Customer Retention Strategies
  • Identify risks of churn and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Address concerns quickly and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Strive to convert satisfied customers into advocates.
Requirements
  • C2 level German & C1 level English
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills: empathetic, patient, yet confident in leading conversations and upselling when appropriate
  • Motivated to thrive in a high-tech, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Experience in hospitality or SaaS environments
