They have experienced considerable growth, onboarded new clients and secured competitive bids - expanding it presence globally. They are now keen to appoint a Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaking), to ensure clients receive exceptional support, maximise the value of partnerships.
Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaking): Duties & Experience
* Fluent in Dutch oral & written - Essential
Customer Discovery & Communication
- Strong customer-facing communication
- SaaS experience in delivery, customer success, implementation
- Run discovery workshops and capture requirements
- SaaS delivery or enterprise customer success
Solution Design & Implementation
- Solution design - forms, process, dashboards, permissions
- Deliver end-user & champion training
- Technical awareness: API/Integration
Account Growth & Value Delivery
- Project leadership: Manage timelines, risks, stakeholders
- Identify Risks & opportunities during delivery
