Up to £40,000 + Bonus
Our client is a marketing leading Health Tech SaaS business powering thousands of users through a genuinely smart, data led platform.
Profitable, scaling, and investing heavily in product and automation, they're now hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive engagement at scale.
This is modern Customer Success - digital first, insight led, and built around impact, not endless calls.
What you'll do- Own a portfolio of digital led customers using one to many engagement
- Drive adoption, retention, and value through automated lifecycle programmes
- Execute onboarding, adoption, maturity, and renewal readiness communications
- Reduce churn through targeted digital interventions
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Ops to deliver seamless journeys
- Deliver digital campaigns (email, in app, webinars, product comms)
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
- Report on engagement, adoption, and programme effectiveness
- Experience in Customer Success OR Account Management in SaaS
- Proven background in digital or scaled engagement models
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence using usage data
- Hands on CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Process driven, organised, and commercially minded
- Comfortable operating beyond 1:1 customer management
