Our platform combines regulated human lawyers collaborating alongside the world's first AI lawyer, specifically built for consumer legal work. The RoleThis is a hands-on role for someone who loves building communities and thrives in a regulated or complex environment. You'll own the day-to-day management of our lawyer community, working across teams to ensure consistent, transparent communications and building the foundations for a vibrant professional network.
What you'll do- Be the go-to person for our consultant lawyer community, currently 300+ and growing.
- Manage community channels (Slack, email updates, virtual drop-ins).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to curate and share the right updates with our lawyers.
- Drive engagement by sparking discussions, answering questions, and ensuring members feel supported.
- Support and facilitate virtual sessions and training (with subject matter experts leading where relevant).
- Oversee feedback loops, including handling community competitions.
- Begin to design and deliver in-person community events.
- Lay the groundwork for scaling the community function, including tools, playbooks, and best practices.
- Experience in community management, ideally in a tech, marketplace, or regulated/professional environment.
- Strong execution skills: You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves and being the sole operator initially.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build trust and foster open, transparent relationships with a professional audience.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally to gather inputs and drive consistency.
- Bonus: Experience in legal, fintech, or another regulated/professional services field.
