Role OverviewWe're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA team, supporting both new and existing customers across Europe. In this role, you will help grow Nova's partnerships, optimize campaign performance, and ensure our clients achieve measurable business impact. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a remote-first, collaborative environment and is eager to have a meaningful impact on a lean, fast-moving team.
Details Key Responsibilities- Lead new client onboarding, ensuring a smooth and impactful start.
- Manage day-to-day campaign optimization and performance monitoring.
- Act as a trusted advisor by sharing best practices and proactively identifying solutions.
- Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
- Serve as a customer advocate, relaying client needs internally and aligning them with Nova's product developments.
- Present product updates and translate them into clear business impact for clients.
- Identify, forecast and drive areas for revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Collaborate across global teams to drive consistency and innovation in client success.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital advertising, media, or ad tech.
- Skills:
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and proactively in a distributed team.
- Strong internal communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Mindset: Self-directed, resourceful, and revenue-focused.
- Languages: Fluency in English required; French or German a strong plus.
- Fully remote work, with the option to join a coworking space in London once a week.
