In response to the UK government's focus on broadening access to financial advice, we are seeking a Player-manager within our Customer Success team to oversee key client accounts and lead the CSM team within our large business unit. Our goal is to help clients maximize value from our technology and achieve their business objectives.

This role is high-impact and commercially accountable. You will represent Dynamic Planner to major clients in the financial planning, wealth management, and asset management sectors, serving as a trusted advisor, growth partner, and strategic operator.
