Customer Success Manager - Repairer Activation & Growth

Partly is building the AI infrastructure layer for the global repair industry. We're hiring a Customer Success Manager for repairers in the UK to own the handoff from Sales to weekly active.

You'll design playbooks, tracking, and tooling to scale activation. You'll drive adoption, monitor repairer health through data, and be the day-to-day contact post signature, turning insights into product feedback and improvements for the team.
