Job Description
Position Summary 
Brook Street in Tonbridge is seeking a Customer Success Manager to act as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring their needs are met and promoting product usage.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with sales representatives.
- Manage customer queries and issues.
- Oversee a small customer success team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success.
- Degree in a relevant field preferred but not essential.
