Customer Success Manager - Growth & Retention for Food SaaS

Choco is seeking a Customer Success Manager in London to own a portfolio of 70 SMB and mid-market distributor accounts from implementation through renewal. You will drive retention, expansion, and long-term value, building strong relationships and guiding customers to maximise adoption of Choco's solutions.

You'll work with Product, Integrations, Finance, Marketing, Sales and Implementation to remove blockers and scale success.
