Customer Success Manager - Growth & Adoption (UK & IE)

GoCardless, a global bank payment company, is seeking an Account Manager to work with customers across the UK & Ireland, driving adoption and growth of our Open Banking and Direct Debit solutions. You will own the portfolio, map stakeholders, and execute account plans to expand footprint and improve retention.

Collaborate with CS leadership, Professional Services, Renewal Managers, and Sales to deliver time-to-value, manage risk, and maximize Net Revenue Retention across your book of business.
