Customer Success Lead: Onboarding & Adoption (SaaS)

Contented is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Christchurch to lead onboarding, drive adoption and turn customers into advocates for our AI-powered platform. You will own the critical first 100 days, embedding Contented into customer workflows and building scalable, repeatable success programs.

As part of a cross-functional team, you will partner with Product, Marketing and Technical Success to improve outcomes, reduce churn and grow customer value in a high-growth startup environment.
