Customer Success Lead: End-to-End Delivery and Value

FintechOS is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end customer journey from presales through implementation and ongoing service. You will drive adoption, manage risks and ensure value delivery for complex, enterprise-scale deployments in regulated financial services.

You will lead governance, coordinate cross-functional teams and own the customer success plan, maintaining accountability until outcomes are achieved and value is verified.
