Customer Success Lead - Own Onboarding & Growth

TenderStria Inc. is building AI that reads public-sector tenders so teams don't have to. As an early customer-success hire, you'll own onboarding, activation, retention, and the voice of the customer inside the company, shaping how we demonstrate value and drive expansions.

You'll define onboarding, measure value, and turn happy customers into references and product feedback channels, helping us convert first wins into lasting relationships.
