Customer Success Intern - Fintech with Impact

Taxfix invites a Customer Success Intern to join our mission of simplifying taxes and empowering people to feel confident about their finances. You will provide world-class support to customers and accountant partners with empathy, precision, and speed.

During peak season, you will help scale operations while maintaining high service standards, develop deep product and tax knowledge, and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Ops teams to improve the customer journey.
