Our award-winning programme provides graduates with the experience of working with a variety of our products and clients while developing a strong skill set to become an essential part of the Customer Success Team.The Customer Success Team plays a pivotal role to ensure our customers' business objectives are achieved though full utilization of LSEG's Workspace platform by end-users. During the programme it will allow you to collaborate with the wider account team to assist in reducing competitive risk, finding growth opportunities, developing & executing end-user training plan. They also represent the Voice of the end-user internally to our management and product teams.To be eligible you must be a final year undergraduate or Masters student student and have completed all the requirements of your course before August 2026 or a fresh graduate in class of 2025.Progress through a 12-month development journey aiming to build foundational skills that are key for your future success Build your foundational knowledge of LSEG, Financial Markets and the business during your global induction Meet in person with your cohort at 'Ignite', the programme mid-point skills offsite.
