Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support our automotive retailers and OEM partners using our digital merchandising suite. This role is all about driving adoption, building strong relationships, and ensuring our customers get real commercial impact from our platform.

The Role

You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned dealerships, dealer groups and OEM partners, supporting them from onboarding through to long-term optimisation.

You will:

• Lead smooth onboarding and setup for new automotive customers
• Drive adoption of core and advanced product features
• Deliver tailored online training and best-practice guidance
• Monitor performance dashboards and usage metrics
• Identify optimisation opportunities to maximise digital merchandising impact
• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day queries and issue resolution
• Work closely with Sales and Account Management to support renewals and growth

This is a proactive, consultative role focused on retention, growth and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Client Services
• Experience within digital SaaS platforms (automotive experience highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of dealership operations or automotive retail workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Confidence interpreting data and turning it into commercial insight
• Comfortable using CRM systems, reporting tools and analytics dashboards
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset
