Customer Success Data & Renewal Operations Lead

CDW is seeking a CS Operations Specialist to enable data-driven customer success at scale. You will consolidate data, build dashboards, maintain segmentation models, and support cadence across the CS portfolio.

You will monitor EA consumption, track Cisco incentives, support renewal operations, and partner with the EA SME and Renewals teams to improve renewal readiness and proactive engagement.
