The Role

DigitalXRAID is looking for a Customer Success & Project Admin Assistant to join their Operational Team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years' experience to kick start or step up in their career in an exciting industry within a fast growing company. The Customer Success & Project Admin Assistant will report to the Head of Operations and take responsibility for a number of project tasks and reporting our customers feedback.

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of a variety of projects and updating projects within the project management software
  • Supporting internal and external project progress and following up with stakeholders
  • Scheduling meetings internally and externally for relevant projects and recording meeting minutes
  • Liaising with the technical experts to finish projects on time, to scope
  • Assisting customers with queries
  • Looking for ways to improve processes
  • Produce reports with regards to projects KPIs
  • Working with other departments and providing project support
  • Complete customer feedback calls
  • Weekly, Monthly and quarterly CSAT reporting
  • Updates on survey completions
  • Updating and reviewing CSAT processes and procedures

Requirements
  • 1-4 years' experience (desirable)
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience dealing with customers
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
